Changes to the way HTML files are generated in grouped view for PDF.

New HTML report capability is being developed, including the ability to customize the navigation tree (Course, Year, Curriculum plan).

The integrated CSS is turned off by default. If the email problem is fixed, it is always the best option and will be 100 percent of the time.
